PaulsekeyAi is an honesty-first emergency medical ID app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our responder QR pages, and our mobile app.
PaulsekeyAi stores the medical information you enter — such as your name, conditions, allergies, medications, blood type and emergency contacts — directly on your device. If you create an optional account, this information is also saved to our servers so it can sync across your devices. We never sell your personal or medical data, and we never use it for advertising.
Creating an account is optional and requires only an email address and password. You can clear your local data at any time from Settings, and you can permanently delete your account and all of its data from Settings using "Delete my account". When you delete your account, your medical ID, contacts, medications, family groups and check-ins are permanently removed from our servers.

You can manage or cancel a mobile subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Location sharing within family groups is optional and turned off by default. Your location is only shared with members of a group you join, and only while you have explicitly enabled sharing or triggered an emergency. You can turn it off at any time.
The free version of our website displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at g.co/adsettings. Ads are never shown on emergency or SOS screens.
Data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit. Account access is protected by your password. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
PaulsekeyAi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
