PaulsekeyAi

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PaulsekeyAi — an honesty-first emergency medical ID app — including our website, our responder QR pages, and our mobile app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Not a substitute for emergency services or medical advice

PaulsekeyAi helps you store and share emergency medical information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a replacement for professional emergency services. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number (such as 911, 112, or your country's equivalent). Never rely on the app in place of contacting trained responders.

Using the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the medical information you enter and for keeping it up to date. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

PaulsekeyAi Pro subscriptions

PaulsekeyAi offers optional paid "Pro" subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and lifetime options) that unlock additional features. The following terms apply:

Free version and advertising

The free version of the Service may display advertising. Ads are never shown on emergency or SOS screens. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising and data use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the medical information and other content you enter. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display that content to operate the Service for you. We do not sell your personal or medical data.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that emergency information will always be delivered or accessed successfully.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaulsekeyAi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including reliance on the Service during an emergency.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
